Death King #1 now on INDYPLANET

Hey Everyone,

Sorry for the silence the past little while here. I’ve been hard at work on issue 2 of Death King, started trying to figure out the cover as I wrap up the rewrite of issue 2. Laying down some stronger groundwork storywise that has clearly defined for me the direction I want to take the comic in the future. Also, looking up shotguns. They’ll be important too.

In the meantime Death King #1 is up on Indyplanet for sale! It is $4.50 to buy the comic, but I will also be offering a digital alternative once it goes up on Indyplanet Digital. I believe I have it set to be priced at $1.49 if it gets approved. Once it does I’ll update the link here!

Once again, thanks to everyone who came down for the convention. It was a blast and I would definitely do it again next year if I’m still in Alberta.

Hey!

This is a bit of a belated post here but the convention went fantastic. I ended up selling out of all the copies of my comic I had with me and had a lot of people expressing interest in buying the comic online. I am currently waiting for the reprint to arrive so I know that the comic is now printing correctly and then it will be put up on Indyplanet as well as their digital alternative. So hold tight for that! Thanks a lot to everyone who popped by and bought something, it’s made me even more pumped to keep continuing on the rest of this series and on other comics I have kind of going behind the scenes still that I’m not saying anything about really because they might not ever happen haha. But yes, comics are currently being made so there will be lots to look forward to.

I am also going through what I had written for issue 2 as well as researching a bunch of different shotguns for the next issue. Obviously I’m gonna put my own spin on the weapon, but as someone who doesn’t know much about guns in general I need to know how they work and all that jazz first before I actually get to drawing them. Reference is key and all that jazz.

Still have to go through and rework this website to make it look extremely cool but I haven’t had much time for that at the moment still. Rest assured once the site is done it will look wicked.
